Abraham (Avi) Reshtick is a member of the corporate group at the law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. based in New York. With over 20 years of experience, Avi provides clients at Mintz with practical advice on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, fund formations, capital raising and restructurings. Avi has extensive experience representing clients in cross-border transactions and advising foreign investors into U.S. joint-ventures.

Avi is also a Co-Chair of the firm’s Israel Practice. Drawing on his extensive network in Israel and first-hand familiarity and understating of the Israel’s business and legal ecosystem, and working collaboratively with Israeli advisors, Avi helps lead the Mintz team’s multi- disciplinary skills in guiding Israeli companies operating in, or otherwise investing into, the United States as well as those accessing capital in the United States. Before joining Mintz, Avi was a partner at another large law firm. Earlier he practiced law at other leading Israeli and U.S. based law firms, and worked as an investment banker at a bulge bracket investment bank.

As a former Captain in the Israeli Air Force, Avi is very familiar with the special attributes and capabilities of Unit 669 and its members.
