Ron Biala is a Senior business professional who provides Consulting services in all phases of the Business world and Company management, such as: Product development, Manufacturing & Package design, Import procedures, Purchasing, Inventory Management & Cost control, Logistics, Company Finance and Banking, Sales & Marketing including exhibitions, Website development, Customer database.

Previously, Mr. Biala was the Founder and CEO for 15 years of Oxygen Imports LLC that was founded to Import Natural, Organic & Kosher Food products from Israel, Colombia, Costa Rica and Greece and distributed the “Oxygen” FDA approved brand line of products nationwide to Supermarket chains, Specialty stores, sales to major Online Retailer (Amazon.com), Distributors, as well as export to Canada, South America and Europe.

Prior to the Food business, Mr. Biala was the Founder and President for 25 years of  Ronsonic Trading Corp. / RTC, New York City to import Consumer Electronic products from the Far East, including FCC Approved Novelty Electronics and Telephones (from Banana to Violin phones), some (Bottles and Cans) were Licensed by Coca Cola, Anheuser-Busch (Budweiser), Miller Brewing, Pepsi and Jordache (Jeans Phone).

This included establishing business relationships with factories in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China, created OEM Toolings (molds), filing Patent, Copyrights and Trademarks. Products were distributed Nationwide including major Mail Order Catalogs (Sharper Image, Spiegel’s), Specialty and department stores (Spencer Gifts, Ames), TV shopping (QVC & HSN), Wholesale Distributors and exporters, Fund raising companies (QSP, Reader’s Digest), Premium and Corporate sales incentives, Advertising Specialty Distributors (ASI), online internet retailers and Sales Reps. Exhibiting in the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) was the highlighted of sales efforts in USA and Export.

Mr. Biala served as a First Lieutenant in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) for five years and then as an Insurance Supervisor in ‘Aryeh’ & ‘Menorah’ Insurance’ Companies before arriving with his wife to USA. 

Ron is married to Haidi, six children and three Grandchildren, so far…

For the past 38 years, Mr. Biala resides with Haidi in New Jersey.
